3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS
Users must follow the online purchase procedure and click "Buy and Pay Now". Following the purchase, the User will receive an order confirmation email. Electronic invoices will be generated and sent via email, though paper copies may be requested.

4. AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If supply difficulties occur, Galleon Deals undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount paid.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are final in Euros (€) and include taxes (VAT) and shipping costs. Accepted payment methods include:

6. DELIVERY
Deliveries are made in Spain (including Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), the EU, and the rest of Europe. Delivery will occur within the period indicated on the Website, with a maximum of 30 calendar days. Risk is transferred to the User upon physical possession of the products.
7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

8. RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal: The User has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without justification. Galleon Deals will refund all payments, including standard shipping, within 14 days of being informed. The User bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions: Personalized products, sealed goods unsealed after delivery (hygiene/health), and digital content are excluded from withdrawal rights.
Defective Products: Users must report defects immediately. Confirmed defective items will be fully refunded or replaced, including all shipping costs.
Guarantees: Products include a legal guarantee of three years from the date of delivery for any lack of conformity.
9. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
Galleon Deals is not liable for business losses, minor inaccuracies due to screen resolution, or malfunctions caused by transport providers (strikes, etc.). Obligations are suspended during force majeure events (natural disasters, riots, strikes, etc.).

11. RESIGNATION
Failure by Galleon Deals to require strict performance does not constitute a waiver of rights. Waivers are only valid if made in writing.
12. NULLITY

These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Galleon Deals regarding the purchase and sale of products.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
